Sports Medicine
Our Sport Doctors specializes in diagnosing, treating, and preventing injuries and medical conditions related to sports and physical activity. They focus on optimizing athletes' performance and promoting their well-being through tailored treatment plans and injury prevention strategies. Sports doctors work with athletes of all levels, aiming to keep them active and healthy in their chosen sports.
Sports Injury Assessment
A sports injury assessment is an evaluation conducted by one of our doctors to diagnose and understand the nature and severity of an injury sustained during sports or physical activity. The assessment is crucial for developing an appropriate treatment plan and determining when it is safe for the athlete to return to play. Our approach involves an integrated team of doctors, therapists, and specialists working together to enhance your recovery from injury or pain.
Tendon Clinic
Our Tendon clinic is a specific rehabilitation plan we have for acute and chronic tendinitis. We integrate regenerative medicine, and procedures of ultrasound-guided injections and tendon-specific physio treatment to manage tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, runner's knee, Achilles tendinopathy, biceps tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and other common tendon injuries.
PRP treatment
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a regenerative medical treatment that has gained popularity in various fields. PRP is derived from a patient's own blood. Platelets are blood cells that contain growth factors that play a crucial role in the body's healing and recovery process. Our Regenera Activa and Ortopras PRP products are imported from Spain/Dubai.

Physiotherapy
We focused on helping individuals restore and maintain their physical function, mobility, and overall well-being. Physiotherapists are trained healthcare professionals who use a variety of techniques and exercises to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
Manual therapy
Manual therapy is a clinical approach based on skilled “hands on” therapy to decrease pain and improve the mobility of joints, soft tissues and nerves. We offer a variety of manual therapy techniques from Maitland, Mulligan, Traction, Massage, Trigger Point Release, Active Release, Assisted Active Range of Movement, Passive Range of Movement, stretches (muscle, neural tissue, joints, fascia), Modality assisted soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilization. Many patients with acute or chronic pain and joint stiffness and muscle tension can benefit from manual therapy.
Concussion management
We have trained physiotherapists that can screen and assess for a suspected concussion. The use of evidence-based tools such as the Sport Concussion Assessment Tool (SCAT5) is used for assessment. A referral to sports physician, if a severe concussion is suspected. If the neck or spine has been affected and leading to post-concussion symptoms like vertigo, dizziness and loss of balance, manual therapy, myofascial release techniques and vestibular rehabilitation therapy are recommended.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation therapy involves exercises that helps you manage vestibular disorders that primarily presents with dizziness, vertigo and balance impairments. We have physiotherapists that are trained to do specific assessments followed with treatment techniques, as well as provide appropriate treatments to resolve symptoms. Treatments may include patient and caregiver education as well as in-clinic and home exercises.
Senior Citizen Care
Our physiotherapy team will help older adults to build the strength and stability needed to live life on their terms: to reduce pain and to improve strength & flexibility to enhance patients ' quality of life. We also provide advice on how exercises can be done safely and also strongly recommend individualized exercises for elderly patients as a part of a daily routine.
Sport Injury Rehabilitation
Sports injury rehabilitation is our everyday practice. We treat all types of injuries and joint pain. We offer non-surgical options and can also work closely with your surgeon for post-surgical rehabilitation.

Biokinetics
We specialize in exercise-based therapy and rehabilitation. We focus on the assessment, prescription, and supervision of exercise programs to improve physical function, prevent injuries, and promote overall health and well-being
Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
We will begin by conducting a comprehensive assessment of the patient's orthopaedic condition, which may involve evaluating the range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall functional abilities. This assessment helps me understand the patient"s specific needs and limitations. We will prescribe and demonstrate appropriate exercises to the patient. These exercises aim to improve strength, flexibility, joint stability, coordination, and overall functional capacity. We will take into consideration the specific orthopaedic condition, the stage of recovery, and any other individual factors.
Senior and frailty care
We can play a significant role in helping the elderly by promoting their overall health and well-being through physical activity and exercise. Biokineticists are trained to evaluate the physical capabilities and limitations of individuals. They can assess an elderly person's mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. This assessment helps identify areas that need improvement and guides the development of an appropriate exercise program. Falls are a significant concern for the elderly, as they can lead to severe injuries and a decline in overall health. Biokineticists can design exercises that focus on improving balance, coordination, and strength, reducing the risk of falls.
Pre & Post natal training
We design a safe and appropriate exercise program tailored to the specific needs and fitness levels of pregnant women. They consider factors such as the stage of pregnancy, any pre-existing conditions, and individual goals. These exercise programs can help improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.Pregnancy places additional stress on the core and pelvic floor muscles. We teach pre and post-natal women exercises that target and strengthen these areas, helping to prevent issues like diastasis recti (separation of abdominal muscles) and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Women Wellness
- For us, as women, physical activity is so important for our well-being. Engaging in physical activity has a positive impact on the following aspects of health:
- Mental and emotional well-being,
- Weight management,
- Bone health (women are more prone to developing osteoporosis),
- Hormonal health (It can help regulate menstrual cycles, alleviate premenstrual symptoms, and reduce the severity of menopausal symptoms),
- Sleep quality.
- Decrease the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer (e.g. breast cancer.)
Chronic diseases
We work with individuals who have chronic conditions such as Cardiovascular disease, Stroke patients, Parkinson’s disease, High Blood pressure, Metabolic syndrome, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Stress-related disorders, Arthritis, Osteoporosis. We develop exercise programs to manage these conditions, improve cardiovascular fitness, control blood sugar levels, and promote weight loss.
Weight Loss
By assessing your current physical condition, including body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility, we can determine the starting point, and tailor an exercise program accordingly, specifically for you. Based on the assessment, we will develop a structured exercise program that combines cardiovascular activities, resistance training, and flexibility exercises. The program will be designed to maximize calorie burn, increase metabolism, and improve overall fitness.
Sport Specific training / Athletic performance (Injury prevention and recovery)
We provide sport-specific exercises to improve athletic performance. This includes power, speed, agility, strength, endurance and core stability. We also help with the prevention of overused muscles that leads to injuries.
